DESERT PEPPER
For the redesign of Desert Pepper salsa's label, I drew inspiration from the salsa's origin and unique flavors. Embodying the soul and authenticity of the southwestern region, I incorporated tile work motifs inspired by regional architecture. Each flavor variant is represented through distinctive tile work illustrations, capturing the essence and unconventional nature of the salsa's flavors.
The use of tile work not only pays homage to the cultural roots of the salsa but also serves as a visual storytelling element, conveying a sense of tradition and artisanal craftsmanship. This approach aims to enhance shelf appeal and communicate the product's bold and flavorful character to consumers. The redesigned label harmoniously blends cultural heritage with modern design sensibilities, creating a compelling visual identity that stands out in the competitive salsa market.
